About Us

Jury Verdict Alert (juryverdictalert.com) is a news service and searchable database for jury verdicts in the state and federal civil courts of California. We also report the results of binding arbitration. Information on verdicts is solicited from attorneys and verified, whenever possible, by opposing counsel in each case. The announcement of awards is sent by e-newsletter to over 10,000 California trial attorneys. The complete verdict reports are posted only on this Web site and are available on a subscription basis.

Jury Verdict Alert is a jury verdict reporting service of Neubauer & Associates, Inc. For over 20 years, the company has published the country’s largest magazines for plaintiffs’ attorneys, Advocate and Plaintiff.

Advocate is owned and edited by the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (www.caala.org) and is mailed monthly to 10,000 attorneys throughout all of Southern California, from San Diego to Santa Barbara.

neubauer richard and deborah 2012

Neubauer & Associates, Inc., Oceanside, California, is the publisher of JuryVerdictAlert. The Neubauers are familiar to many trial lawyers as the publishers of Confidential Report for Attorneys, a leading California verdict and settlement reporter for 35 years. From that newsletter they created Verdicts on Disk®, the nation's first PC-based database of verdicts and settlements. That database and newsletter were sold in 1999 and the current database, JuryVerdictAlert.com was begun in 2014.
