Search Verdicts

Using a one-day pass, one-week or one-month pass, you can search by the type of case including personal injury such as auto accidents, dangerous products, and premises liability (slip and fall); employment actions such as wrongful termination, whistleblower, retaliation, harassment and discrimination; medical malpractice elder abuse; civil rights such as police misconduct; construction-site and workplace accidents; business and real estate fraud; over 100 different categories. Using the Full Text Search box below, you can do a “Google-type” search of the database for the names of attorneys, expert witnesses, judges, plaintiffs and defendants, or for any word/phrase that appears in the report such as “wrongful death.”  Specific Injuries such as fractured “femur” or “TBI” brain injuries or “dog bite” can be researched to look at comparable jury awards.
