    On January 1, 2020, plaintiff, a 33-year-old construction worker, was taken to Antelope Valley Hospital following a car crash that resulted in multiple fractures to his left arm, among other injuries.

    Defendant Alon Antebi, D.O., a Fellowship-Trained trauma-orthopedic surgeon, performed surgery to plaintiff's left arm. During his three-week hospitalization, plaintiff developed compartment syndrome, resulting in the permanent loss of use of his left arm.
