While working as a district attorney for the County of Orange, plaintiff was allegedly subjected to sexual harassment by their supervisor Gary LoGalbo. An investigation was conducted, which found that Mr. LoGalbo unlawfully harassed and discriminated against plaintiff and other women. The confidential report was later disseminated to members of the District Attorney’s office.

Plaintiff contends she suffered sexual harassment in violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, and the County failed to prevent harassment, in violation of the FEHA.
