Personally Identifying Information
When you register to receive the JVA email newsletter, subscribe to a print magazine or to the searchable database of California jury verdicts, we may require that you give us personal information, including, but not limited to, your name, firm or organization name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone numbers and, in some cases, credit card information for billing purposes.
Anonymous Information
We may gather anonymous information, which may be used by JVA or shared with third parties. This information does not personally identify you but may help us improve the services we offer. This information is collected through Internet "traffic data" and may include the use of "cookies" and "IP addresses" that relate to your computer.
